A restoration and extension of a Mt Eden villa. This project respects the character and street presence of the original home while completely reimagining modern living with a dark timber clad extension to the rear. The low, modern pavilion extends from the existing structure, gracefully linking the old and new - creating a seamless flow between inside and out, and inviting a new rhythm of family living.
